What We Believe
The Apostolic Church bases its beliefs on the teachings of Jesus and the apostles as found in the Bible.
Jesus Christ
We believe that Jesus Christ is God revealed in human form. He is both fully God and fully human. Jesus came to save us, died for our sins, and rose again so we could have eternal life.
The Bible
We believe the Bible is the inspired word of God and our guide for faith and life.
Salvation
We believe everyone needs salvation through Jesus. This happens by:
· Repenting—turning away from sin and turning toward God,
· Being baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sins,
· Receiving the gift of the Holy Spirit, shown by speaking in other tongues, just as the early church did in the Book of Acts.
Living for God
We believe in living a life that honors God—showing love, kindness, and integrity. We try to follow Jesus’ example every day.
One God
We believe there is only one God who has revealed Himself as Father, Son (Jesus), and Holy Ghost—not three separate gods, but one God showing Himself in different ways.
The Church
We believe the church is a community of believers who worship God, support each other, and share the good news of Jesus with the world.
Hope of Heaven
We believe Jesus will return one day, and those who trust in Him will live forever with God.
